Once your property have been selected , all legal prerequisites and proceedings may be fully handled by our corresponding highly qualified legal team of lawyers and notaries in Greece, including any pre-agreement, deed of purchase, registration of the deed and authorization for the acquisition whenever such is required by Greek legislation. Tax procedures & liaising with the local tax authorities are handled by our tax advisors, whereas, through our strong links with banks established in Greece and in Russia, any financial survey or financial assistance to the purchase of a property or to the real estate project may be granted.

Technical assistance thanks to a team of qualified engineers and architects may also be provided for any technical survey eventually required. Last but not least we offer a full range of property management services, such as maintenance, interior design, gardening, security, cleaning, bills payment. Should you wish to ensure a rental income we may also assist you to rent your property either annually or periodically.
